Phase two:
Reformer: legs in straps, supine double and single leg (when tolerated), kneeling or seated arms (ploughs, rows)
Prone: 4-point loading (if tolerated)
Phase three:
Reformer: arms in straps supine
Prone: 4 point supermans – progress to knee hovers and crawls, kneeling planks – progress to full, push ups on bench or floor
Phase four:
Reformer: plank series
