20150107_100543 We are proud to announce the introduction of new staff and new classes at Advanz!

Aiming to keep the service the very best of quality for you, we have recruited  two great new instructors, Jess Solberg and Kelly Dodd to our team of experienced Physiotherapists and Pilates teachers.

Jess is an experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher who will be running classes on Friday mornings. She will be teaching Precision Reformer at 6am and Intermediate Reformer at 7am every Friday morning. We are all very excited to have Jess’s experience and expertise in our clinic.


Kelly is a dance teacher and Pilates instructor of many years experience. She will be running the Thursday 9am Mat Pilates class. We look forward to Kelly’s enthusiastic approach to Pilates and helping individuals experience better strength, flexibility and health!

Our ‘Advanced Reformer’ classes have now been changed to ‘DYNAMIC REFORMER’. These are a really fun class for people who have attended other classes and find they want more variety and challenge. We use a lot more equipment in these classes and utilise circuit type training techniques which everyone who attends enjoys!


We have moved the Clinical Reformer class from Friday morning to Monday 6.30pm. This class with Scott Thomson is a great way to continue your physio rehabilitation and get special care to rehab from your ongoing pain and injuries. Scott runs an amazing session of education and appropriate exercises targeted at each individual.
